This allows us to respond quickly to different product sizes, structures and application requirements. For customized products, our engineering and mold teams can support fast sample development. In many cases, new custom samples can be prepared within 3-5 days, and the first production batch can be arranged quickly after the mold is ready. This helps customers shorten project lead time and reduce unnecessary waiting during conveyor line upgrades or new equipment development. R&D and Quality Control: We believe that stable quality starts from product design and raw material selection. Before delivery, products are inspected through multiple quality control steps, including raw material checking, molding inspection, appearance inspection, dimensional checking and performance testing.
