Zhejiang Fujie Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. Was established in June 2016 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Fujie Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to the manufacturing of high-end environmental protection equipment, mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of solid-liquid separation equipment, environmental protection equipment, and sewage treatment equipment and their accessories. The factory is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Deqing County, Zhejiang Province. The company covers an area of 53333 square meters and a factory area of 42670 square meters. The complete set of low-temperature vacuum dehydration and drying technology mastered by the company has established the leading position of one-step dehydration and drying technology in China. It has been successfully applied in many municipal sewage treatment plants and Industrial wastewater treatment plants in China, and is favored by more and more manufacturers in related industries, especially in some industries that require low moisture content of filter cake. The membrane filter plate formula and extrusion injection molding technology independently developed by the company, as well as the filter plate formula and hot mold pressing molding technology, produce filter plate standard parts that are superior to other filter press manufacturers in performance indicators such as wear resistance and compression resistance; And for the complete set of low-temperature vacuum dehydration and drying technology, we have developed specialized filter plate products with special properties such as strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and high pressure resistance. The pressure filter produced by the company has fast filtration speed, stable performance, and easy operation. The filter plate is resistant to high temperature and pressure, non-toxic, anti-corrosion, and sealing performance is good. The filter cake has a high dehydration rate and is washed evenly and thoroughly. It is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, printing and dyeing, ceramics, food, pharmaceuticals, building materials, coal washing mines, and sewage treatment. The company has won the honorary titles of "National High tech Enterprise", "National Science and Technology SMEs", innovative SMEs in Zhejiang Province, specialized and innovative SMEs in Zhejiang Province, "the first batch of provincial science and technology SMEs in Zhejiang Province", "Gazelle" enterprises in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and was recognized as "Deqing County Science and Technology Research and Development Center", "four-star" green factory in Huzhou City. In 2022, the "municipal high-tech enterprise research and development center for intelligent manufacturing of Fujie environmental protection equipment" was successfully recognized by the Huzhou Science and Technology Bureau of Zhejiang Province and officially established. At present, the company has one invention patent; 18 utility model patents; 9 appearance patents; Six computer software copyrights and multiple invention patents are currently being applied for. The production and manufacturing technology and products have obtained complete independent intellectual property rights, with significant technological innovation capabilities and strong core competitiveness. The research project that the company participated in, "Research on Key Technologies for Efficient Water Displacement of Sludge Reduction and the Application of Complete Technologies, " won the second prize of the 2019 Shanghai Science and Technology Award. The company participated in the drafting and development of two group standards, namely "Box and Plate Frame Filter Press" and "Box and Plate Frame Filter Press Filter Plate"
