Transparent 6020 Pet Film Roll Class-E Insulation Paper for Motor Insulation for Electronic Equipment for Transformer Coil Layer for High Voltage Cable

Transparent 6020 Pet Film Roll Class-E Insulation Paper for Motor Insulation for Electronic Equipment for Transformer Coil Layer for High Voltage Cable. High-grade dielectric strength and stable insulating property. It belongs to E-class insulation material for long-time steady-state work under 130 Celsius. Great tensile strength, outstanding folding resistance and puncture-proof performance. It keeps stable dimension and hardly cracks during repeated winding-bending operations. Fine chemical resistance against engine oil, dilute acid, alkali and most organic solvents. The maximum heat shrinkage rate stays 3.0 percent under high-temperature surroundings. Smooth transparent glossy surface without pin-holes, speckles or impurity defects. It works well as the base material for manufacturing FDMD, DMD composite insulation rolls. Premium A-level electrolytic-corrosion resistance, perfectly adapted for the winding insulation of motors, transformers and electrical coils. eliable high-temperature dimensional stability, the film maintains stable shape under tension at 200 Celsius. We standard IEC and ISO international specifications. Custom-made service for thickness and roll width. Standard widths are 500 mm and 1000 mm, customized slitting, roll-sheet processing and OEM-ODM support are available.
